1 General Provisions

tjbt is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slots, and various gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. This platform operates on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play policies.

3.1 Registration Process

• Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account details such as name, phone number, and banking information must be kept up to date at all times.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party.

3.2 Account Security

Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the tjbt support team immediately. Use a strong password and change it regularly to protect your account from misuse.

You are solely responsible for access to your account. tjbt is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless you notified us promptly.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the tjbt platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, or other major Bangladeshi banks).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any method).
• The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawing must be in the same person's name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• tjbt reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and block them if necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The average withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5).
• tjbt reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tjbt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳10,000 deposit → bonus cap ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a specified amount of betting must be completed before that amount can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are completed.

5.3 Promotional Offers

tjbt provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which may change while the offer is active. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms before taking advantage of a promotional offer.

tjbt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, particularly if any misuse or fraud is suspected.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Betting on tjbt is for entertainment purposes. All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed. Funds for bets cancelled due to a system error or technical issue will be refunded.

• Results will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game or event.
• For incomplete or cancelled events, tjbt's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, tjbt reserves the right to void the result of that round.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. A simple example to understand betting markets: in a Bangladesh vs India match, you can choose either team in the "Match Winner" market. Betting always follows the rules of the applicable league and tournament (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, FIFA, etc.).

6.3 Live Casino

The live casino features games from various reputable providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which must be read before the game begins.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tjbt platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.

• Using another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any system vulnerability or error for personal gain.
• Falsely claiming to be a tjbt employee or representative.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 tjbt's Authority

tjbt may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual activity.
• By court order or direction of a law enforcement agency.
• For security or technical reasons.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To make a request, send an email to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance (subject to wagering requirements being met).

9 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by a user's own misuse of or negligence with their account.

• Inconvenience caused by problems with a user's device or software.
• Inability to access the service due to local laws in the user's area.
